Introducing Sandra:

Let me take a few minutes of your time to tell you about myself. My husband Rick and I have been living in Kamloops since 1975. I grew up in Merritt (only 1 hour away from Kamloops) and my husband grew up in Chase (only 40 minutes from Kamloops). Having always lived in the Kamloops vicinity - I can attest to the fact that this is the best place in all of BC to live!

Rick and I have raised our 2 children in Kamloops and are now the proud grandparents of Kale and Dylann. My parents have also chosen Kamloops to live as well as my sister and her husband - we all love Kamloops. The summers take us to Chase and the Little Shuswap Lake where we spend as much time as possible on the lake - fishing, boating and just sunning!

I began my real estate career in 1991. I started with a smaller independent Real Estate Company and then moved onto the Number One Real Estate Company in Kamloops - Re/Max - in 1998.

I have received experience and education as follows:

- Business Administration Diploma from the University College of the Cariboo
- 3 years as a Director on the Board of the Kamloops and District Real Estate Association
- Chairperson for my son's Dry Grad Committee
- 2 years as Secretary for a local Strata Development

I chose Real Estate, as I had - as many people do - an interest in houses. However, it became much more than just "looking at lots of houses." I am personally committed to ensuring that each and every one of my clients successfully "make their move"! There is nothing more satisfying or exciting than seeing my clients happily moving on or settling into their new "dream" homes. I work very hard to keep up with the latest in technology, education, and market trends. I am helping my clients make the biggest investments of their lives and I had better be prepared to provide them with the most knowledge and best ability that I can! I pride myself in my professionalism, enthusiasm, and honesty. I have chosen to work with my clients personally. In this age of "big box" and "super stores", I proudly think of myself as the "specialty store of real estate"!
